How to Book your trip:
Thank you for your interest in booking your next vacation at Las Palmeras Surf Camp in Oaxaca! Please follow the instructions below.
Make Contact: The first thing you need to do is contact us with your requested dates and number of surfers / travlers using the contact form above.
Confirm Dates and Make Deposit: Once we have confirmed your dates and number of travelers we will need a $500 deposit per person to secure your booking. You can pay by American Express, VISA, or Mastercard, you may also send checks to:

Book your airline tickets: Las Palmeras Surf Camp is equipped to handle all of our United States guests flight details - we will work directly with you to find the appropriate flight and schedule for your group if you need us to. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to handle your travel details on your own. For a fast search, try kayak.com and remember that the airport code for Hautulco is HUX.
Make final payment: Your final payment is due 14 days prior to your trip's departure.
Show up for your flight! Rule #1 is to remember to not miss your flight... believe us, it can happen to anyone. Once you've made it on to your flight and landed in Huatulco we will be there to pick you up and your vacation will officially begin!
PLEASE NOTE: If you miss your flight and we have to come later than expected to pick you up or if you come alone when no other pickups or drop offs are scheduled, there will be a $100.00 charge. DO NOT MISS YOUR FLIGHT!

Surf and enjoy! Once you're at the resort almost everything is taken care of... practically the only thing you need to worry about is what board you should ride, if you are wearing sunblock, or drinking enough water.

Reservation information:
Las Palmeras Surf Camp does not assume responsibility for those inherent risks which may cause unfortunate accidents or incidents during ordinary travel conditions. Las Palmeras Surf Camp will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, or inconvenience arising from travel misfortunes beyond our control.
Deposits:
A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be used towards a future trip. (Must be used within two years from date of receipt)
Final Payment is due at least 14 days prior to departure and is non-refundable.
Payment may be paid by cash, personal check , money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or bank transfer. Please make out personal checks to: Mulcoy Travel
Any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated on this site.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of a trip must be made within 14 days of your departure date. There are no refunds or partial refunds given for early departures from poor surf, or bad weather. In addition, there are no refunds given for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, or local political situation that does not directly pose a threat to the safe operations of our trips.
Travel Insurance:
Travel Insurance is a good option, but not mandatory.

Documents:
Passports must be valid from the date of departure.
If applicable, a valid visa is required for travel.
Airline Related Information:
Las Palmeras Surf Camp is not responsible for airline board fees or baggage policies.
Las Palmeras Surf Camp does not accept any responsibility for late arrival or non-arrival of surfboards/surfboard bags or any other luggage. (Las Palmeras Surf Camp has extra equipment that can be loaned if necessary.)
Health:
Las Palmeras Surf Camp is not responsible for health problems arising from environmental factors during your stay in Mexico or at the resort. Please click here for information on the current state of Mexico and health according to the United States Government.
Responsibility:
Las Palmeras Surf Camp will use all due care for the provision of its services and activities provided to guests. Guests participate in activities and use services at Las Palmeras Surf Camp at their own risk. No liability or responsibility is accepted by Las Palmeras Surf Camp for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from involvement in any activities or provision of any services howsoever suffered, even in circumstances where staff of Las Palmeras Surf Camp may have negligently breached any duty of care that it or they may owe or have owed in connection with such activities, conduct, supervision, or the provision of services. Las Palmeras Surf Camp will not be liable for direct or indirect losses, arising from any such injury, illness, damage, loss accident, or expense including consequential loss or economic loss however caused.
